We're based in Dayton, Ohio and happily serve brides and clients throughout Southwest Ohio and beyond. Our primary service areas include:
Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Springfield, Xenia, Troy, Kettering, Beavercreek, Centerville, and surrounding communities.
We're also available for weddings and events outside our primary coverage area. Travel fees may apply.
Preparing for Your Appointment

Proper preparation ensures the best possible results and keeps us on schedule. Please follow these guidelines:
Hair Preparation:
Hair must be clean and completely dry before we arrive
Avoid using heavy conditioning treatments the day before
Have any hairpieces, extensions, or accessories ready
Makeup Preparation:
Face should be clean and completely makeup-free
Moisturize with your usual products (avoid trying new skincare)
Have contact lenses in if you wear them
Most importantly, please be ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time to ensure we stay on track with your wedding day timeline.

We understand that wedding days can be hectic, but punctuality is crucial for keeping everyone's timeline on track.
Late Fee Policy:
$30 late fee for every 30-minute period.
After 1 hour late without advance notice, services may be canceled without refund.
Please call us immediately if you're running behind.
Policies & Service Changes

While rare, illness or emergencies can occur. Rest assured, we'll do our absolute best to provide a fully trained replacement from our professional team who will be briefed on your specific preferences and trial results.
If you've had a trial, we maintain detailed notes and photos to ensure consistency in your look regardless of which team member serves you on your wedding day.

We understand that wedding parties and plans can evolve! Here's how service changes work:
Adding Services: You may add additional hair or makeup services up to the last minute, subject to time availability in your schedule.
Reducing Services: Service reductions must be submitted in writing at least 90 days prior to your event date to avoid charges.
This policy helps us manage scheduling and ensures fair treatment for all clients while giving you flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes.

We understand that life can bring unexpected changes, but our policy protects both our business and our ability to serve other clients.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations within 90 days of your event: all payments are non-refundable
Emergency-related cancellations (medical, military deployment, etc.) are considered on a case-by-case basis
Weather-related cancellations are handled individually based on circumstances
We encourage clients to consider wedding insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that might affect their wedding plans.
Wedding Day Logistics

Your detailed wedding day timeline will be sent to you the Monday before your event, once your final payment has been completed.
This schedule includes arrival times, service order, and estimated completion times for each member of your party. Draft schedules are available upon request if you need them earlier for venue coordination or other vendor planning.

Yes, you're welcome to request that we use your personal products, but please understand this comes with some important considerations:
When using client-provided products, you assume full responsibility for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or product performance issues. We cannot guarantee the longevity or appearance of looks created with unfamiliar products.
We use professional-grade products that are tested for photography, longevity, and compatibility with our techniques. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know during booking so we can discuss suitable alternatives from our professional product line.

We love showcasing our work, but only with your explicit permission. We will never use your photos without your signed consent.
If you do choose to allow us to feature your photos, they may be used across our marketing platforms including our website, social media accounts, print materials, and professional portfolios. You'll always maintain full rights to your images, and we're happy to provide high-resolution copies for your personal use.

Product sensitivity acknowledgment

Ready to get started? Submit a booking request here and tell us about your special day.
We’ll reach out as quickly as possible to discuss your vision and answer any questions you might have. The sooner you reach out, the better we can accommodate your preferred date and timing.
Once we’ve discussed your needs and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you our service agreement to review and sign. To reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable $100 deposit.
Bookings are first-come, first-served. No date is confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit are received. Popular dates fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding season!

Now comes the fun part – planning your perfect look! What happens next depends on the type of event you’re booking:
Wedding Services
Schedule your bridal trial (typically 4-6 weeks before the big day)
Discuss your day-of schedule and timing
Coordinate with your bridal party

Clean, dry hair
Clean, makeup-free face
Any hairpieces or extensions you plan to wear
Wear white if possible for the full bridal effect
Trial appointments are optional but strongly encouraged. We’ll reach out within 4 months of your date to schedule.
Other Events
For non-wedding events, we keep things simple and straightforward. You’ll receive a confirmation email 2 weeks prior with your final invoice and all the day-of details you need.
We’ll coordinate timing, discuss your desired look, and ensure everything runs smoothly on your special day.
